Gromit is back!
In July 2018, Bluefin Professions will once again be supporting The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity.
This time The Grand Appeal is back with Gromit Unleashed 2, where Nick Park's beloved Gromit will be joined by pal Wallace and arch nemesis Feathers McGraw. From Monday 2nd July until Sunday 2nd September 2018, over 60 original sculptures will descend on Bristol and will raise money for Bristol Children's Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit at St Michael's Hospital.
Gromit Unleashed 2 will see Nick Park’s Academy Award® winning character Gromit return to Bristol this year for his second starring role in the award-winning charity’s sculpture trails, but this time he’s not alone; the loveable pooch will be joined by his pal Wallace and arch nemesis Feathers McGraw!
The criminal mastermind penguin is on the loose again and the dynamic duo is out to track him down! Gromit is raring to go, but Wallace can’t resist having a nice sit down to soak up the scenery, and enjoy a lovely cup of tea at every opportunity.
The trail will feature over 60 giant sculptures designed by high-profile artists, designers, innovators and local talent. Sculptures will be positioned in high footfall and iconic locations around Bristol and the surrounding area, perfect for a family day out around the city and beyond.
Gromit Unleashed 2 follows the success of the award-winning Gromit Unleashed and Shaun in the City arts trails, which saw two of Aardman’s most loved characters raise over £6 million for Bristol Children’s Hospital charity, Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal.

This year we've sponsored a Feathers of our own, known to his friends as Fromage McGraw. He may looks a bit cheesy, but he was designed by one of Aardman Animation's Founders, Peter Lord, and painted by local artist, Rachel Bennett!
Bluefin Professions is a proud supporter of The Grand Appeal
In 2015, Bluefin Professions raised £13,000 for The Grand Appeal by organising a fundraising day in which teams competed to visit as many 'Shaun in the City' sculptures as possible in just four hours. In total 150 people from 25 companies took part.
This year we’re doing it all again, but we’re hoping that this year’s sculpture hunt will be bigger and better than before as we look to top 2015’s fundraising total.
