Notify a claim

For us, the two most important factors to consider when dealing with claims are to respond quickly and, more importantly, effectively – ensuring you receive consistently excellent levels of service and that your interests are protected to the highest standards.

Managing the entire claims process for you from our dedicated and experienced in house claims department, we aim to give you peace of mind, reducing the worries involved in making a claim and keeping you fully informed at all times.

Once you have notified us of a potential claim or circumstance, we will guide you through the rest of the process, ensuring that the relevant documents are completed and ensuring that your opinions and wishes are taken into consideration when liaising with insurers on your behalf.

What’s more, we know that, more often than not, when you need to call upon your professional indemnity insurance, your reputation is at stake. Your nominated claims handler will take the time to ensure you understand your duties and any relevant claims conditions of your policy, as well as advising you on simple measures that can be taken to ensure acceptable resolution for all parties concerned.
