Bluefin wins customer service award
We have recently been awarded the ‘Investor in Customers’ (IIC)two star award after a survey of over 25,000 clients and staff.
The award recognises organisations that put the customer atthe heart of their business as the main driver for their processes andinnovations.
Stuart Reid, Chief Executive of Bluefin, commented: “We aredelighted to achieve this award and the results make interesting reading.
