Claim notification process and notification forms

The most efficient and quickest way to notify a claim or claim circumstance is to submit an online notification form. The form includes the facility to attach additional correspondence and documentation in either a MS Word, TIFF or PDF format.

Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement together with an email detailing the information submitted within the notification form.

Important notice

Claims will be notified to insurers between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays). Some insurers stipulate that acceptance of any notification must be received by their own claims department before confirming indemnity.

If your policy expires outside of business hours and you have a claim to notify, Bluefin will not be responsible for any matters not accepted by insurers. If you have an urgent matter, please contact us by telephone on 0117 929 3344 to discuss the position in the first instance.
